13 Jul 2017

The Bridge Toyota Northern Territory Junior Masters recently celebrated its 20th year this year, with 87 junior golfers (36 girls and 51 boys) travelling to Palmerston to participate in a week of activities.

Juniors travelled from as far away as Groote Eylandt, Gove and Alice Springs to join their peers from Darwin and Palmerston for a feast of golf, which included participation in training drills, coaching clinics and age competitions.

“7 PGA professionals from around Australia were on hand to help groom our future stars and the laughter and smiles on the kids’ faces proved what a brilliant job they did once again.” Palmerston professional Tony Albon said,

“Our principal sponsor, Bridge Toyota, and the many other local businesses who support this event, deserve our great thanks for their continued support over many years.”

“Bridge Toyota have been a long-term supporter of the Junior Masters and we’re extremely excited and grateful that they have confirmed their commitment for the 2018 Bridge Toyota NT Junior Masters.”
